Build cost and running costs, clearly separated.

Package prices are USD and paid in full at checkout for the stated build scope. Hosting, domain registration, paid booking software, third-party subscriptions, payment processing fees and applicable taxes are separate. No hosting plan or software subscription is added automatically.

Managed hosting starts at $39/month. After you add the design package, checkout offers optional hosting with monthly or annual billing. Register a domain or use one you already own, then pay for design and selected hosting together in one WHMCS checkout. The build is a one-time charge; hosting renews on your chosen cycle. Already have hosting? Continue without adding a plan. Transactional stores and booking sites may need a higher hosting plan. Compare hosting →

You supply your logo, photos, business details and operating policies. We organize and polish supplied content. New photography, extensive copywriting, data cleanup, channel manager setup and work beyond the listed scope are quoted separately before work begins. Each package includes launch training where listed and 30 days of fixes for issues in our delivered work. Ongoing content changes and feature development are separate.

Before you choose

Straight answers.

A few details that make the next step easier.

Can I order my website and hosting together?

Yes. Choose your design package and complete the short project brief. WHMCS then offers optional hosting. Choose a plan, select monthly or annual billing, and register a domain or use one you already own. Your design and selected hosting are paid in the same checkout, with the one-time build charge and recurring hosting shown separately. You can skip hosting if you already have it. Paid booking software and other third-party subscriptions are scoped separately.

Do you quote large builds and custom programming?

Yes. Use our custom-project quote form for larger resorts, multi-property sites, applications, staff tools, plugins, data migrations and supported API integrations. We review the scope and dependencies before proposing a price. A quote request does not place an order or create a charge.

Can I keep my existing Airbnb or booking system?

Yes. Local Launch links to your existing booking page. Local Business can also embed one supported booking widget. Bookings & Sales adds a new direct-booking workflow when that is the chosen scope. We review your current provider at kickoff.

Do bookings, calendars and an admin area come with every package?

Local Launch is an information page. Local Essentials adds four editable WordPress pages. Local Business adds more pages and a supported booking widget. Bookings & Sales includes a booking calendar and reservation admin when you choose booking, or store management when you choose commerce. Business Operations adds deeper staff roles, calendars and workflow tools. Check the scope on each package.

Can you build service and parts sales for my dealership?

Yes. We can bring service pages, appointment requests, online parts sales and supported catalog integrations together. A standard store fits Bookings & Sales; deeper staff workflows fit Business Operations. Multiple systems, a custom DMS integration or bespoke supplier work need a separate proposal.

What is separate from the build price?

Hosting, domains, paid extensions, booking-platform subscriptions, processing fees, third-party services and applicable taxes are separate. Catalog Connect is an optional, separately billed subscription. We identify required software and recurring costs before implementation.

How quickly can my new website be ready?

Local Launch and Local Essentials are typically ready to launch in 3–5 business days once we have the complete content and asset package, required access and prompt feedback. Local Business is typically 2–4 weeks, Bookings & Sales 3–6 weeks and Business Operations 5–8 weeks after content and access are ready. We confirm the schedule at kickoff. Missing content, delayed approvals or changes in scope can affect timing.

What happens after I pay?

After the initial design payment clears, you receive a welcome email with next steps and a project-materials checklist. Our team receives your paid-project brief and contacts you within two business days for kickoff. Hosting setup runs separately if you ordered a plan. The website is designed and built by our team.

Do you only work in these three counties?

We work with businesses nationwide and internationally. West Virginia is our home, and these county pages highlight our local experience. Discovery, reviews, training and handover can be handled remotely; tell us your city, state or province, and country at checkout.

A new site or an existing business

Help the right people
find your next chapter.

One-time SEO setup and ongoing plans for local service customers, traveling guests and regional buyers. Choose defined work, clear billing and a measurable next step.

Beyond the trail industry

Websites for the businesses
people rely on every day.

Contractors, repair shops, professional services and established local businesses need customers to understand the work, see relevant examples and make an inquiry.

Explain your services

Give each main service a clear place on the site. Show the jobs you take on, the areas you actually serve and the information a customer needs before requesting an estimate.

Show relevant work

Use supplied project photos, accurate descriptions and practical business details. GM Harvey Builds is one example of a local service website with a project gallery and estimate inquiries.

Make the next step easy

A short inquiry form, directions and clear contact options help a visitor act. Choose a website package for the build, then consider a Local Leads SEO plan for ongoing work.
