Website care / Management / Support

Website care
& management.
After launch.

A new offer, a booking problem, a store update or a staff request should have a clear place to go. Choose ongoing website care with a defined work allowance, tracked requests and a team that knows the site.

Choose around the way you operate

Care for the website.
Room for the work behind it.

We are based in West Virginia and manage supported websites for businesses nationwide and beyond. Start with the website and the tasks your team needs help with.

01

Local businesses and service companies

Keep hours, services, team details, galleries and offers accurate. Give visitors a working contact path and give your staff one place to request changes.

02

Cabins, campgrounds and resorts

Refresh property information, seasonal offers, photos and guest instructions. Higher plans cover agreed checks of existing booking journeys and coordination around busy periods.

03

Powersports, stores and service departments

Keep supported storefronts, service-request paths and existing operational tools under care. Scope supplier, payment and staff-system dependencies before committing changes.

Four defined plans. A custom option when needed.

Choose the level
that fits your website.

One website per plan. Monthly or annual billing, with no standard setup fee. Onboarding and a baseline review are included; pre-existing repairs are scoped separately. Prices are USD, plus applicable tax.

Information sites, contractors and small local businesses

Website Care

Keep the details current and give the website a regular checkup.

$99per month

Or $990/year 12 service months for the price of 10

  • One supported WordPress or static information website
  • 30 minutes of supplied-content edits per service month
  • Monthly review of updates, backup status, HTTPS and key pages
  • Monthly contact-path check and concise care report
  • Requests tracked through your TooFast client portal
Included work & practical limits

One supported WordPress or static information website. Includes onboarding/access review, a monthly maintenance review, public key-page/HTTPS and contact-path checks, backup-status review and a concise monthly report. Includes 30 minutes per service month for supplied text/photo/contact-detail changes on existing pages. On third-party WordPress hosting, routine supported core/plugin/theme update work is included after compatibility and backup review; provider access, capacity and licenses must permit it. TooFast managed-hosting updates, monitoring and backups remain included in hosting and are not sold a second time. This plan adds the listed checks, reporting and content-work allowance. No store/booking workflow testing, redesign, new features or major repairs are included.

Businesses with regular offers, photos and service-page changes

Website Manager

Give your website a regular point of contact and a practical monthly work allowance.

$249per month

Or $2,490/year 12 service months for the price of 10

  • One supported business website; all Website Care checks
  • 2 hours of content and minor website work each service month
  • Existing-page layouts, galleries, offers and supported form adjustments
  • Monthly analytics/lead-path review where access is available
  • Quarterly 30-minute planning call, separate from your work allowance
Included work & practical limits

One supported WordPress or static business website with all Website Care checks and 2 hours of total website work per service month, replacing the 30-minute allowance. Work can include supplied-content changes, gallery/offer updates, minor adjustments to existing layouts and supported forms, and routine troubleshooting. Includes a monthly review of available analytics and lead paths, plus a quarterly 30-minute planning call outside the work allowance. No recurring SEO content program, ads management, new website build, new application feature or transactional workflow management is included.

WooCommerce stores, cabins, campgrounds and booking websites

Commerce & Booking Care

Keep the customer journey and the day-to-day site work under active care.

$499per month

Or $4,990/year 12 service months for the price of 10

  • One supported WooCommerce store OR booking website
  • 4 hours of content, configuration and routine troubleshooting per month
  • Weekly public cart/booking-path checks; monthly maintenance report
  • Staging-first update coordination where a suitable staging site exists
  • Priority routing for tickets linked to your active care service
Included work & practical limits

One supported WordPress website running either one WooCommerce store or one supported booking platform/integration. Includes the Website Care baseline, 4 hours of total content/configuration/routine troubleshooting work per service month, weekly public cart or booking-path checks, monthly reporting and a quarterly 30-minute review outside the work allowance. Staging-first update work requires a suitable protected staging site and current licenses. Functional checks do not create live orders, charges, emails or reservations unless a separate supervised test is agreed. Supplier fulfillment, payment gateways, channel managers and third-party platforms remain dependent on their providers. Priority routing applies to tickets associated with this active, paid care service; it does not promise an instant reply or resolution time. Native booking engine rebuilds, catalog cleanup, major integration repairs, migrations and malware cleanup require separate scope.

Larger properties, service departments and established business systems

Operations Management

Coordinate website changes and approved operational workflows with one team.

$749per month

Or $7,490/year 12 service months for the price of 10

  • One supported website and one agreed existing operational workflow
  • 6 hours of total content, configuration and routine development per month
  • Weekly checks of the agreed public booking, store or service-request path
  • Monthly 30-minute operations review, separate from your work allowance
  • Priority care-ticket routing and a documented escalation/contact plan
Included work & practical limits

One supported website and one agreed existing booking, store, service-request or staff workflow. Includes the Website Care baseline, 6 hours of total content/configuration/routine development and troubleshooting per service month, weekly agreed public-path checks, monthly reporting and a monthly 30-minute operations review outside the work allowance. Existing custom applications and supplier/staff integrations require a compatibility and dependency review before management begins. Priority tickets and an escalation/contact plan are included. Staff scheduling, service-writer requests and release coordination must fit the included work allowance and supported existing system. New modules, major features, large data jobs and application rebuilds are separately quoted. Rapid-access chat, on-call staffing, after-hours coverage and response targets are available only through a separately agreed custom support arrangement.

A work allowance you can plan around.

Time covers the actual content, configuration, development and troubleshooting work performed for your website. We agree priorities and estimates before using the allowance. Unused time resets each service month; annual billing does not turn the year into one pooled project budget. Listed review calls are outside the website-work allowance.

Additional work requires your approval and a separate estimate. There is no automatic overage charge. Hosting, domains, paid software, provider fees and applicable taxes are separate. New builds, major features, migrations, large data jobs, malware cleanup and substantial pre-existing faults are separately scoped. Cancellation follows the existing service terms through your client area.

Standard information-site plans suit supported WordPress or static sites. Choose Commerce & Booking Care for one supported store or booking workflow. Combined systems, unsupported platforms and custom applications need a fit review before ordering.

Already hosted with TooFast?

Keep the benefits
you already have.

Our managed hosting already includes WordPress updates, monitoring and backups, with staging on the plans that include it. A care plan adds the listed content/change allowance, functional checks, reporting and coordination.

Hosting runs the website.

Your hosting plan supplies its defined server resources, SSL, backups and managed platform maintenance. Those benefits continue whether or not you add a care plan. We coordinate overlapping checks rather than charge separately for the same routine update.

Compare hosting inclusions

Care manages the ongoing work.

Send supplied content, request a supported adjustment, review the paths customers use and plan the next release. Websites hosted elsewhere can be reviewed too; access, platform compatibility, backups and provider limitations determine the work we can safely take on.

Ask about an existing site
From paid order to an active care relationship

Get the site understood.
Then keep the work organized.

Payment starts onboarding. It does not make an unfamiliar website instantly supported or turn on an unagreed response commitment.

01

Order and share the brief

Choose a billing cycle and tell us the website, platform, critical workflows, current problems and first priorities. A paid order sends your welcome instructions and alerts our team with the brief.

02

Establish the baseline

We contact you within two business days to arrange secure access, confirm suitability and review existing hosting, backup and software arrangements. We agree the care start, checks, work priorities and approval contact.

03

Use one tracked support history

Open requests in Website Care & Support and choose your care plan as the Related Service. Keep each issue in its own ticket so messages, supplied materials, approvals and work notes stay together. Staff see the active care plan; qualifying higher-tier requests receive priority routing.

Dedicated support / Custom agreement

Closer collaboration.
Coverage built around you.

For a resort with a busy front desk, a shop with service writers or a business that needs frequent help, we can plan a more direct working relationship. Dedicated chat, scheduled callback access, reserved support windows, after-hours incident handling and named escalation contacts can be scoped around the actual operation.

The proposal defines who is available, channels, staffed hours and time zone, urgency levels, response targets, included work and third-party dependencies. Response targets describe the agreed first response; resolution depends on the issue and systems involved. Coverage starts when the arrangement is accepted and set up.

Fast-access support is individually agreed. Standard care plans do not include a universal instant, one-hour or 24/7 human-response promise. Automated monitoring and human availability are separate.

The right detail makes support useful

A clear request.
A practical next step.

The client portal keeps an accountable history. Share the effect on your business so the team can distinguish a content change from a critical incident.

01

A routine change

Send the exact page URL, replacement wording or supplied photos, desired result and any deadline. We confirm how it fits the monthly allowance and schedule; larger changes receive an estimate.

02

A customer journey is blocked

Identify the booking, cart, form or service-request path, when the issue began and what customers see. Select your care service and the appropriate priority. Higher-tier care requests are routed with their service context.

03

A provider or connected system is involved

Tell us which payment, booking, supplier or staff tool is affected. We investigate within the agreed scope and coordinate the next step. Provider recovery, paid licenses and access can affect resolution.

Before you choose

Care with a clear scope.

Straight answers for a new website or an established operation.

Is this available for a site someone else built?

Yes, for supported websites after a compatibility and access review. Tell us the platform and current problems before ordering if you are unsure. Major pre-existing faults, unsupported software, migrations and custom application takeovers require separate scoping.

Does a care plan include hosting or SEO?

Hosting is separately billed and keeps its existing inclusions. Care adds the listed website-work allowance and checks. A monthly analytics review is a practical look at available data and customer paths; a recurring SEO content or advertising program is a separate growth service.

Does priority support mean an immediate response?

Priority routing puts an eligible request into the higher-priority care queue with its active service context. Specific response targets, dedicated chat, on-call staff and after-hours coverage require an individual support agreement. No universal response or resolution time is published.

How are the monthly hours used?

We agree task priorities and estimates, then record work in the support history. Content changes, supported configuration, routine development and troubleshooting share the listed allowance. Any included planning calls are additional to that work allowance. Unused time does not roll over.

What changes with annual billing?

You prepay 12 service months at ten monthly fees. The work allowance remains monthly, and the service renews annually. There is no standard setup fee on either cycle; separately approved repair or migration projects are additional.

Do your checks place real orders or reservations?

Routine functional checks review the supported public journey without submitting live charges, orders, emails or reservations. A payment or reservation test that creates real activity needs a separately agreed supervised procedure.

Can you manage a full resort or service department?

Operations Management covers one supported website and one agreed existing workflow within its work allowance. Multi-property systems, large catalogs, multiple websites and substantial custom software are reviewed for an individual scope and support arrangement.

What should we send when there is a problem?

Use your signed-in care ticket, select the care service and include the affected URL/workflow, symptoms, when it started and business impact. Attach non-sensitive screenshots if helpful. Arrange credentials through the agreed secure access method rather than putting secrets in the ticket.
