All prices are USD. One live website per plan on shared server resources; storage includes website files, databases, any staging copy and included mailboxes. Commerce includes up to 5 email accounts; Commerce Pro includes up to 10. Email service is separate for WordPress Managed and WordPress Pro. Domains, paid extensions, migrations, design, custom development and applicable taxes are separate. Availability is confirmed in checkout.

Your paid order automatically starts hosting account creation and the WordPress setup included with your plan. Commerce plans also include WooCommerce.
Use the DNS details we provide for your hosting plan. WordPress Pro and both Commerce plans also need a staging subdomain. If you are moving an existing website, contact us to agree the migration first.
Automated setup requests and verifies SSL, configures scheduled WordPress jobs and backups, and protects staging where included. HTTPS setup retries while waiting for DNS. We contact you if a step needs your input.
Use cPanel and WP Toolkit to manage your website once setup is ready. Stores remain in coming-soon mode until their checkout has been configured and checked.
Backup history builds over time: 14 daily recovery points on WordPress Managed and 30 on WordPress Pro. Commerce plans include 30 daily file points and 24 hourly database points. Request restores through support.
