Verified booking revenue: $7,200 (demo). Twelve confirmed reservations at an average $600 accommodation value, excluding taxes and refundable deposits. Reservation value is not profit or cash collected. Cancellations/refunds need reconciliation. No source-level booking attribution is shown: these records are not linked reliably to the website sessions.

What this tells us

Visitors used the inquiry and booking paths. Search supplied the largest share of sessions and booking-link clicks in this fictional example. These numbers describe activity, not the cause of every reservation.

What needs context

One guest may inquire, click several times and later book. Do not add the action counts, treat clicks as guests, or divide 12 by 86 and call it a verified booking conversion rate.

What we would review

Check mobile property pages, clarity of availability and the handoff to the provider. Reconcile booking records, cancellations and consent before improving attribution. Agree the next priorities with the owner.

Included reporting, explained

Useful reporting starts with clear definitions.

The existing SEO & Advertising packages already define reporting and approved conversion tracking where included. Local Leads includes monthly search/action reporting. Stay & Explore and Powersports & Service include monthly reports and reviews within their listed scope. Regional Growth includes its monthly dashboard/report and strategy review. This sample does not add a new reporting subscription or expand a package.

Actual reports use the sources and access available to your project. Confirmed booking or sales data requires a supported integration or reconciled business records. If that access is unavailable, the report should say “not available” and show measurable inquiries or outbound clicks instead. Tracking gaps, consent, browser blocking and offline activity affect the picture.

Could we connect calls, QR campaigns or lead notifications?

We can discuss scoped call-source attribution, campaign QR links and lead notifications during consultation. Provider compatibility, consent, access, any third-party fees and the exact workflow are agreed before implementation. These are custom integration options, not a newly live service or additional standard package inclusions.
